Swiss Diamond 13x8x4 Nonstick Roasting Pan with Lid

The 8.25x13-inch nonstick roasting pan from Swiss Diamond is made with an ultra-hard coating that incorporates diamond crystal in combination with a non-stick nano-composite. This coating is used because of its abrasion resistance, excellent thermal conductance and maximum non-stick properties. The skillet is made from heavy duty, professional quality 6mm thick pressure cast aluminum that will never warp. It has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas and electric cook tops, in addition to roasting in the oven. The roaster has a vented, heat tempered glass cover for see-through convenience.
