Swiss Diamond 2.1-qt. Nonstick Square Saute Pan

The 8-inch square nonstick sauté pan from Swiss Diamond is made with an ultra-hard coating that incorporates diamond crystal in combination with a non-stick nano-composite. This coating is used because of its abrasion resistance, excellent thermal conductance and maximum non-stick properties. The skillet is made from heavy duty, professional quality 6mm thick pressure cast aluminum that will never warp. It has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas and electric cook tops and an ergonomic handle that is over safe up to 500F (260C). The skillet has a vented, heat tempered glass cover for see-through convenience.
